Scope & separate companies
This proposed policy covers use of the CROVA ENTERTAINMENT website and enquiries addressed to the group. It does not replace the terms of CROVA RECORDS, VTLIFE CO, BANIX PRODUCTIONS or NECKSHOT AUDIO STUDIOS. The responsible company and applicable documents must be identified for each service.

Website use & submitted material
Provide accurate contact information and submit only material you are authorised to share. Do not send unlawful, infringing or malicious content, impersonate others or attempt unauthorised access. An enquiry is not acceptance of a project, employment, representation or a partnership.

Brand assets & creative rights
Website access or a media-kit download does not transfer ownership of logos, recordings, characters or other creative work. Follow the supplied brand guidance. Commercial use, endorsements and production rights require permission from the relevant rights holder.

Project conditions & policy approval
Scope, fees, deliverables, schedules, usage rights, cancellation and dispute terms must be agreed with the named contracting company in a separate written agreement. No group-wide commercial or dispute terms are approved by this draft.
